Rella Aesthetics, a luxury med spa in Northern California, was founded by U.S. Air Force flight surgeon Dr. Zachary Wagner. Discovering the positive impact of aesthetic treatments during his family medicine residency, Dr. Wagner launched the mobile med spa NorCal Aesthetics in 2021, managing it while serving in the military. In Spring 2023, during deployment, Dr. Wagner expressed his desire to open a physical location in Vacaville, California.
To address challenges in business clarity and consistency, Dr. Wagner partnered with Stewart Design for the successful relaunch and scale of his practice. Stewart Design provided a clear marketing plan, empowered messaging, and a cohesive brand identity. Formerly "NorCal Aesthetics," the new brand name "Rella" combines "re" (rejuvenation) with "bella" (beautiful) for an ageless beauty concept. The soft, round, and sleek pastel rose letter mark reflects feminine luxury distinct from competing med spas.
Rella Aesthetics’ sleek letterform serves as a luxe symbol for the high-end med spa, with simple circular forms providing a minimalistic and inviting aesthetic across all brand applications. Additionally, its pastel rose palette reflects distinctive feminine luxury. Rella's messaging is now concise and empowering, while the visual identity ensures versatility across various mediums, including apparel, signage, packaging, marketing collateral, and social media, creating a consistent and professional impression at every interaction.
