What's included?

Everything in Brand Overhaul plus all of our Additional Services (one request at a time) as needed for the first 6 months after launch. We're your strategic partner, in-house designer, and fractional CMO bundled into one - without the expense of executive salaries or managing a full marketing department. We'll lead and execute business strategy, brand design, and marketing campaigns directly. And when you're ready to build your own team, we'll help you find the right talent and ensure a smooth transition.

How does it work?

A typical engagement unfolds over four distinct phases:

• ‍Strategy (3-4 Weeks):These intensive "therapy" sessions cut through the daily noise. We'll challenge assumptions, ask tough questions, and speak candidly about what's working and what isn't. Through structured exploration, we'll uncover your meaningful difference to turn beliefs into actionable strategy. Completed through 3-hour sessions. Most clients gain clarity in 3-4 sessions (2x/week recommended for momentum)‍
• Design (3-4 Weeks): Translation of strategy into a comprehensive visual identity system that helps you win hearts, minds, and wallets. Completed immediately following strategy with final assets delivered within 1 week following approval.‍
• Marketing (6-12 Months): Development and execution of targeted campaigns to bring your brand to life and drive growth.‍
• Management (3 Years): Ongoing implementation guidance, collateral design, and support and optimization to ensure continued momentum and ROI.

What's expected of me?

A big idea worth sharing with the means to deliver. Eagerness to learn and take massive action, plus:

• Time: 10-12 hours upfront for strategy and design, then 1-2 hours monthly for check-ins, implementation guidance, and campaign optimization
• Money: Marketing budget of $30,000 minimum or 3% of gross annual revenue‍
• Effort: Timeliness, attention, and mutual respect

What should I expect?

A true partnership focused on driving measurable growth. Our framework is intensive - you'll be challenged to consider and articulate your business in ways you likely never have before. Since our success is tied to yours, expect proactive communication and full commitment to reaching your growth objectives.

Scope of Work

Fixed cost for all items outlined. Additional services billed at $250/hour (30-minute minimum).

Availability

As a small consultancy, we maintain just four partnerships at a time. This limited capacity gives us the freedom to slow down, think critically, and focus on your unique challenges without distraction.

Investment

• Performance Pay: $0 upfront with share of gross revenue growth (negotiated quarterly)
